Delivery line
Meter, seal and two signatures.
Bunker barges in Singapore deliver fuel to ships at anchor. We record each delivery's quantity, its sample seal and both signatures, so the shipowner and the supplier read the same figures.
- Metered quantity
- The barge meter reading is written with its time and the ship's receiving figure.
- Sample seal
- The sample is sealed at the manifold and its code is written on the line.
- Dispute line
- A dispute opens on the same delivery, and the sample is retested.
