  1. Connect

    The barge connects and the meter is read.

  2. Sample

    A sample is drawn and sealed at the manifold.

  3. Sign the quantity

    The ship and the barge sign the quantity.

  4. Settle the invoice

    The invoice is settled from the signed line.
